3. Editorial Independence and Governance Structure
While Mahesa Research Center provides technical infrastructure, Crossref DOI registration, digital preservation, and administrative support, the Editor-in-Chief and the multi-institutional Editorial Board exercise complete editorial independence in evaluating, reviewing, accepting, or rejecting manuscripts based solely on academic merit, methodological rigor, and alignment with the journal's scope.
4. Revenue Sources and Financial Transparency
EBMSJ operates as a sustainable open-access scholarly journal funded through institutional support from Mahesa Research Center and transparent Article Processing Charges (APC) applied only to manuscripts that have passed peer review and been formally accepted for publication. Financial considerations never influence editorial or peer-review decisions.
